Zugara offers flexible Virtual Dressing Room Kiosk pricing plans for our WSS For Kiosks software for fashion or experiential events, in-mall use, retail use and more. We offer a Basic plan if internet is not available and for an automated virtual dressing room experience. Monthly and Yearly plans are for internet-enabled kiosks with access to our web admin, analytics and remote support. Zugara also offers custom pricing for special event or kiosk needs. BASIC
If you are planning an event or kiosk use where internet is not available, Zugara will need to create a custom build of the software for you. The kiosk will be automated allowing users to start and end the virtual dressing room experience. The Basic version of the software does not include use of our web admin, analytics or remote support. The Basic version of the software will also not allow for any photo taking or sharing. Any inventory additions, changes or deletion will require an additional charge once initial build is finalized. Support packages can be purchased for an additional cost. The Basic version licensing term is per event which means you can only use this specific license for 1 event.
MONTHLY
If you are planning a multi-week or multi-month event which will have available internet access, then our monthly pricing tier would be optimal for your needs. The monthly pricing tier includes Zugara assisted setup of the admin and software and allows you to have full control of changing any items on the software/kiosk including apparel assets, idle image, banner image, email messaging and more. In addition, the monthly tier also comes with analytics if you would like to track number of user sessions, apparel items view/tried on the most, etc. Photo sharing is available with our monthly pricing tier. 2 hours of remote setup are available for each month of licensing and additional support packages can be purchased for an additional cost.
YEARLY
If you are planning a multi-month or multi-year event or use case with available internet access, then our yearly pricing tier would be best option for your needs. The yearly pricing licensing cost includes many costs that are additional costs in our monthly licensing pricing tier. The additional costs included with the yearly pricing tier include full use of admin/analytics, initial software/setup/training fee, 20 apparel items (2D), and more. The yearly pricing tier also includes 12 hours of remote support that can be used all at once or throughout the year. Additional support packages can be purchased if required.
Additional Licensing Details:
* Software requires internet connection for remote activation and support.
* 2D Asset Optimization is not included in Basic or Monthly licensing cost and is an additional fee. Zugara can provide a quote based on format and number of apparel and accessory items.
* 3D Model Creation Costs are not included in any licensing costs and are an additional fee. Zugara can provide a quote based on number of apparel and accessory items.
* Hardware is not included in licensing fee. Please view our sales documentation for hardware requirements. We have also created a blog post that outlines general hardware costs and items for a typical kiosk installation.
* Basic analytics include number of active sessions, items viewed, time viewed per item and images shared.
* Admin software comes with ability to add client/brand logo and name, email and phone entry fields. Admin software uses a generic gmail account for emailing of photo. Any additional email setup or integration, social network additions or entry field information will incur additional costs
